All delivery fees will be based on standard shipping charges as defined by our third-party courier service provider. Delivery is calculated by area at a flat rate. The delivery fee will be displayed at checkout and will reflect on your order confirmation.
Delivery will be made within 3 to 10 business days from the date of order confirmation. This excludes any special sale events when delivery may take up to 21 business days. We do not guarantee that your order will be dispatched on a particular date and time.
Orders will only be delivered to a valid South African address on business days between 08h00 and 18h00. You, or the person accepting the parcel, may be required to provide proof of identification when accepting the delivery.
Returning and Exchanging Products
Feral will provide a full refund for Orders conditional on the below:
Return your item in the original packaging;
Submit your return within 5 calendar days after receiving your Order;
Only return the unwanted item; and
Do not remove any labels or tags.
Return your items in the same condition as you received them; unworn, unused, unwashed.
